1.-Sport Bike Version Trailer.
As maneuverable as you are, is how this trailer will be for you. Its aerodynamic design and light but ridged construction, allows the rider to ride in and out of turns how he feels comfortable. It is done with ease and without sacrificing the fun that curves give us so often. The suspension on this trailer is like no other on the market period. Urethane strands are part of this assembled torsion system and makes it very soft and forgiving. Should you wish to have a harder suspension, or softer for what ever reason, this system will allow you to do just that. You can actually take the suspension assembly apart and add different strands of urethane and this way your suspension can be adapted to your load without a great effort. Then to top it all off, a fully active shock absorber gives this Trailer the smoothest, softest and stable suspension ever, and it is like no other Trailer out there. The Lid has 2 gas shocks that hold the upper body up as you load your trailer. Also along the sides of the lower body are small rings welded to the body frame that allow you to hook the cargo nets into, and nicely secure your cargo should you encounter rough roads. The body frame is a center and side strip of steel that is glued to the body which gives it a great deal of strength without having to add a lot of weight to that trailer body itself. 1.-Sport Pet Trailer CP650 D.

2.-Cruiser Version Version Trailer Hitch Attachment. Very simple steps to set up your Hitch and
As follows are some photos which display the system we've designed for the Cruiser Motorcycle, such as the Harleys, BMW, Goldwings and all the Bikes on which the sport system does not work. This system is very simple and easy to install, and as a result, easy to latch up and release while hooking up the Trailer. First step is, if your Bike already has a hitch with a ball for example, simply remove the ball from the hitch and replace it with the Third Wheel quick latch system as you see in the first photo displayed.
Next, simply take the outer adapter plate which is mounted to the Trailers' tongue, and slide it in to place. The Quick Latch system that is now installed to the hitch of your Motorcycle, is spring loaded has a locking device in it which as you slide the outer adapter plate onto it, it will instantly lock in to place. Once the latch has clicked in, you simple take the safety pin (which is attached to the trailers' tongue via a small chain) and slide it through both components. This locks together, both the inner bracket ant the outer latch plate with the secondary lock, leaving no room for it to come undone, giving the rider peace of mind while riding.
To unlatch the Trailer, simple pull the safety pin, and as you grab the tongue of the trailer to lift it out, you pull back to unlock and latch lever, and pull the Trailer away from the Bike. This system will allow the rider to hook the trailer up in less then a minute, and to detache it just the same. Quick, simple but effective, is how Third Wheel Trailers designs and builds its products. |
